  The latest charity collection by tkmaxx is being conducted at the till, whilst purchasing goods the staff are urging customers to add a donation to a charity that tkmaxx have chosen. No consideration is given to elderly people who may not hear properly or understand what additional amount is being added to their bill. After speaking to the manager of this store, who continually spoke over me, he abruptly told me no one else has complained! In my opinion if any one wants to donate to a charity, a charity box at the till should be enough. To be asked to donate whilst paying for goods is not acceptable.
