I have used PCHelp, at Findon, on more than one occasion. On this particular occasion my husband had bought himself a new Acer Laptop with Windows 10 on it. My husband is epileptic and found it very distressing to work with. We bought a new Windows 7 and PCHelp did a brilliant job of removing Windows 10 and putting Windows 7 on and all the drivers etc that are needed to make it work properly. Thankfully, after all their hard work my husband is a 'happy bunny' and able to use his new laptop completely. They could not have been more helpful. I recommend them to everyone.
