  From the moment we entered the showroom for the first time, my daughter and I have known it was the best decision we could possibly have made. The staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. There was never any eagerness to make a sale, we were just given the benefit of their knowledge and experience. They knew about every item in the showroom, which was quite incredible. We are now several weeks down the line and our bathroom is nearing completion. The quality of workmanship is just breathtaking. The fitter doing the work redefines the title of Craftsman. Our next door neighbour has his own Builder/Decorator business. He is a perfectionist and even he comments on the quality of the work. I have thanked our Fitter, Aiden. His work is flawless. He treats our home as he would his own and I have never given a second thought about him having keys to our home. Both my daughter and I trust him completely. Work on our new kitchen starts next week and we have no doubts or apprehension... only a feeling of excitement. A BIG thank you to everyone at KBW for offering a service to be proud of. Pete H.
