  Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They're happy to answer your questions if you're unsure about which products to buy. All products are certified cruelty-free. The origin of the ingredients is also clearly stated. It's more expensive than standard consumer products from other stores. But bear in mind those products are more often than not tested on animals. The L'Oréal brand is affiliated with Nestle. This includes its subsidiaries: Maybelline and Garnier. Nestle is known for its harmful practices in developing countries. I'd recommend that everyone considers switching to Body Shop and/or Co-op own-brand health and beauty products. Ethics are important. Note that the Body Shop was previously bought by L'Oréal. It was then sold to the ethical and eco-friendly Natura & Co.
